As you can see from the gallery & video below (photos taken 12/4/24, video taken 8/4/24), the civils phase of Factory Road is quickly taking shape. Simon Megget, Civil Engineer from Davis Ogilvie & Partners Ltd provides this overview of the construction programme status: "Excellent progress is being made at Factory Road: the stormwater management works are completed (and now topsoiled and seeded), bulk earthworks are underway (with several northern sections already complete) and the drainage works have begun: we're currently about 30% through that".
