Factory Road workshops have been tailored by DesignGroup Stapleton Elliott to provide a flexible space for work or play. Ideal for tradies wanting a handy Belfast base, for wholesalers needing more space, as somewhere to store work equipment or toys (type C fits a car + caravan/boat), or to use as a place away from home to tinker and create.

All workshop units come with 24-hour secure carded access. Build your own community with access to the workshop hub (tearoom+) with weekly restocks of tea and coffee making facilities, bathrooms with showers & coin operated washing machines for when the work gear is too filthy to take home...even a commercial wash-down bay.

Rubbish and recycling are collected in a monitored communal area.

Tearoom+

Just one of the little details that make The Workshops a stand-out choice. Tearoom+ is located at the main entrance, with all the extra conveniences.

This is your community connection, with space to sit down and have a cuppa. Showers, toilets and coin operated washing machines for after the fishing trip/work before you head home.

Total 44m2 , our widest available workshop is located on lot 10, at 7.3m W x 7.09m long (the side wall is angled, with the back wall measuring 5.38m, and the front wall measuring 7.3m). Roller door entry is 3.1m wide x 3.5m high.

Lot 26

70m2 Workshop plus secured yard of 112m2. Yard accessed via workshop roller door, or gates in fence.

Lot 67

A wide workshop on lot 67, at 6.25m W x 7m long. Roller door entry is 3.1m wide x 3.5m high.
